✨ New Features

  • Jira Dashboard Gadget:

    • You can now add the capacity planner view directly to your Jira dashboards.
    • The gadget allows for simple configuration to set a default team.
    • It includes interactive controls to temporarily switch teams and dates.

  • Partial Absences by Hours:

    • Added the option to log absences for a specific number of hours in a day (Partial Day), in addition to full-day absences (Full Day).
    • The system validates that you cannot log more absence hours than the user has available for that day.
    • Partial absences have a distinct visual representation in the calendar (a top border bar) for easy differentiation.

  • Multiple and Reusable Work Profiles:

    • The single global Work Profile has been removed. You can now create multiple profiles with different work schedules (e.g., 8h/day, 4h/day).
    • Each team must be assigned a work profile, allowing for precise modeling of your organization's different work arrangements.

  • JQL Filter in Team Configuration:

    • An optional JQL Filter field has been added to each team's configuration.
    • It allows you to refine which issues are considered for the capacity calculation, giving you granular control over the data.

  • Date Range Filter in the Planner:

    • The planner view now includes a mode to select a custom date range, in addition to navigating by month and year.

  • Export to CSV:

    • A button has been added to export the current planner view to a .csv file, compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.
