Information on Atlassian Marketplace and Billing
To provide you with a better experience, it is important to know how Atlassian manages the app ecosystem:
1. Free Trial
All paid apps on the Atlassian Marketplace offer a 30-day free trial period. This allows you to evaluate the tool with all its features active before making any payment.
2. Pricing Model and Tiers
- User-Based: The cost of apps is calculated based on the total number of users in your Jira instance (the "user tier"), not by how many people specifically use the custom field.
- Cloud Free Plan: If your Jira instance is on the free plan (up to 10 users), many apps are also offered for free or with minimal costs.
3. Centralized Billing
Atlassian consolidates charges for all your apps into a single monthly or annual invoice along with your main Jira subscription. You do not need to manage separate payments with us as providers.
For detailed and up-to-date information on payments, you can visit the following official Atlassian links:
Once the app is installed, we recommend visiting the Administrator Guide to configure your first dynamic picker field.
