Parent Element field
The Parent Element field is the foundation of Stratify's hierarchy. It links a work item to its logical parent (for example Initiative → Epic, OKR → Initiative, or the model your site uses).
Hierarchy panel (Parent → Children)
The admin panel defines which issue types can be children of which parent. This models levels and containers (OKR, SAFe, Initiative → Epic → Story, or another site tree). The model is a tree, not a linear list they are leaves.
