A: You can merge .pdf files.

Q: Is there a file limit for merging?

A: There is no strict limit imposed by the interface, but we recommend not exceeding 10 files to ensure optimal performance during cloud processing.

Q: Why is the "Merge" button disabled?

A: The button is enabled only when you have moved at least two files to the Staging column (the right column).

Q: Can I recover the original files if I selected "Attach and delete originals"?

A: No. This action is definitive as the files are removed from Jira to keep the Work Item clean. If you need to keep the originals, we recommend using the Attach to ticket option.

Q: Where are my files processed?

A: Processing is performed securely directly in the user's web browser, ensuring that your data does not leave the Jira Cloud trust ecosystem.
