Logging time with LogSense
When LogSense is active as the time tracking provider, time is logged from the issue Log work action.
Issue panel as visual summary
From version 2.4.0, the LogSense side panel (jira:issuePanel) is redesigned as an issue metrics dashboard, replacing the previous worklog-table UI. Its purpose is to provide at-a-glance insight while browsing the issue, without duplicating the Work log tab.
Billable, non-billable, and work types
Every LogSense time entry can be classified as billable or non-billable and associated with a work type. This metadata is key for reporting and client billing.
Worklog approval workflow
When the administrator enables Enable approval workflow in global or per-space settings, worklogs are created in PENDING state and must be approved to count toward totals and reports.
